Flexibility

This is the most important aspect of punting the football consistently!

It doesn't make any difference how far you can kick the ball; it is how consistent you can do it.

This will be one of the most time consuming exercises that you will ever be involved in but will make a huge difference for you!

To be a good consistent punter you will spend a minimum of one hour a day in the off-season with your trainer or physical therapist to maximize your potential.

REGARDLESS OF WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU, YOU CAN BE FLEXIBLE AND HAVE A VERY STRONG LEG!!!!

FLEXIBILITY WILL NOT HURT YOUR POWER!!!

You should go at a very easy pace till you feel tension and then back off a little.

Go down and hold it for 20 seconds. Rest. DO NOT BOUNCE!!
